Dear Future Client of Cavaliere Tile,

Recently, John Cavaliere of Cavaliere Tile renovated our bathroom. The professionalism, craftsmanship and work ethic displayed by John and his crew was so outstanding, I felt compelled to write this letter.

Our bathroom was in desperate need of an entire overhaul. It was a huge undertaking and we were nervous because it is our only bathroom and we had a budget to stay within. Knowing this, John felt that he could get the job done in about three days and work within our budget. I was skeptical, seeing all that had to be done, but John seemed honest and came recommended. I had been told his work was beautiful, so after interviewing five other people, I decided to follow my instinct and go with him as our contractor. He offered cost saving ideas, was honest about what would and wouldn't work in the space and offered design suggestions. I called him several times with questions - ones that I'm sure may have been obvious, but to first time home-owners like us, the answers were unknown.

John worked tirelessly to keep his promise to get the job done with the highest quality and within the time frame promised. I inadvertently bought the wrong size sink and cabinet. John took time to go with me to the store and get the right one, even though he lost about two hours in the process. I have never worked with a contractor that would do this! They worked 12-14 hour days in the small bathroom and one night John himself was there until midnight, laying the floor to be sure to get it done in the three days as promised.

Not only did John keep his word, but the quality of materials, the attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful. When we tell people how hard John worked to help us, no one can believe it. People just don't go the extra mile anymore like John did. Plus, it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

I would recommend John Cavaliere and Cavaliere Tile to anyone who is looking for a contractor with strong work ethic, beautiful craftsmanship and someone who is honest and will work with them to achieve the look they are hoping for.
